The University of Kufa discusses a master’s thesis entitled (American-Iranian relations during the administration of President Donald Trump)

The College of Political Science at the University of Kufa discussed this morning, Wednesday 20/7/2022, a master’s thesis for the student (Silwan Mazhar Daoud), which was entitled (American-Iranian relations during the administration of President Donald Trump).

The thesis dealt with a study of the nature of US-Iranian relations during the administration of President Donald Trump, which went through many variables that were reflected in the nature of the relationship between the two countries. The most prominent of these variables is the withdrawal from the Iranian nuclear file that was concluded during the era of former President Barack Obama, which came with a decision taken by President Donald Trump after He took office in 2018.
The study concluded with knowing the reasons and backgrounds for the decision to withdraw from the nuclear agreement and the American practices towards Iran from re-imposing economic sanctions and trying to politically restrict the Iranian regime by influencing the interior and inflaming the Iranian street, as well as strengthening the cooperation of the United States of America with its regional allies in the Middle East and the Arab Gulf region in confronting Iran and curtailing its role and influence as a regional power.
