When looking forward to the reality of the changes and influences that the international community has witnessed, which took a wide space in changing the reality and life of states and peoples, which was reflected in the reality of the international system, which necessitated the need to rise before the collapse of the system and the multiplicity of conflicts in a way that cannot be controlled, so the appeals appeared from The active and influential countries led to the establishment of organizations interested in trying to organize the lives of peoples and organize the political and institutional reality of weak and under colonial states, which was the trend towards establishing the League of Nations in order to highlight its role in organizing relations between states by resolving conflicts between states and trying to overcome crises that are exposed It has most peoples, but at the same time it did not last long because of its non-compliance with international charters and laws and the withdrawal of some countries from its membership, which led to its collapse in the aftermath of the First World War.
The signs of the trend towards the establishment of the United Nations Organization with an effective and central role in world politics were its beginnings through international charters and conferences, which were based on the principle of equality between states and individuals and an attempt to guarantee the right of every individual in order to create a life enjoying stability, and through that appeared Signs of working with all efforts for the purpose of maintaining international peace and security, which is one of the most important main objectives of the work of the organization, as it has made it a duty to work in every way in order to save future generations from the scourge of war and destruction, which it also took upon itself to try to achieve the goal of peace in countries with conflicts Or those that have recently emerged from the conflict, and thus the Secretary-General of the organization had a major role in establishing the peace-building structure and following a specific strategy to work through it in laying the foundations for peace, and this came as a result of the conditions experienced by the conflict areas and the need to send missions to those regions and countries and to contain them for the crisis In each country, through the mechanism of the peace-building program and the role of the effective agencies for this, to chart a life that tends to the side of cohesion and peaceful coexistence, and following the policy of disarmament and capacity-building in those countries. countries by influencing the cultures of the people and advancing them towards changing the political reality. The internal elections were held with the help and support of the United Nations, the Security Council and the Peacebuilding Commission, and its role faced many obstacles, but the organization tried to overcome all of that for the sake of peace.
The study reached the reality of the future outlook for the role of the United Nations in building peace by drawing a policy of scenarios that oscillated between rise and decline, and then the balance was all that was necessary to carry out reforms in the organs of the organization and try to modify its internal system and achieve interdependence and cooperation in the work of those organs through work mechanisms Specific for the purpose of the organization’s success in spreading the policy of stability and security and moving away from the method of force, violence and control, to reach a primary goal, which is (achieving world peace).
