The instructor at the College of Political Science at the University of Kufa (Dr. Abbas Fadel Alwan) was selected as a member of the Scientific Committee of the International Scientific Conference (Port War: Conflicts and the Struggle for Influence in the Balance of International Law) held by the Arab Democratic Center based in Germany – Berlin for the period from (24 – 9/25/2022).
