Prof. Dr. Asaad Kazem Shabib as a member of the discussion of a doctoral thesis at the College of Political Science at the University of Baghdad, which was entitled (The Condition of Justice in Islamic Governance: A Study in the Most Prominent Islamic Attitudes) by the student Ghassan Kazem.
At the conclusion of the discussion, the thesis was accepted for fulfilling the conditions and with a very good grade
