A teacher at the College of Political Science at the University of Kufa publishes a research
The lecturer at the College of Political Science at the University of Kufa, Dr. Sabah Sahib Al-Areed, published a research entitled (The International System in the Next Phase: Perception and Results) in the Journal of the College of Education for Girls at our university.
The research dealt with the fact that the global system began to enter a new phase of its successive phases, which in reality represents an interconnected chain that leads each one to the other based on the circumstances and developments that occur in the international environment, which is a product of environmental interactions between international units and international actors on the global political arena. This stage is characterized by a number of characteristics that may be similar or different from the previous stages that the international system went through. The main features that we can discern in the new phase that the international system began to enter with its overcoming of the previous phase that followed the end of the Cold War and the Soviet Union, where the United States emerged as a superpower and an international pole dominating that system, and the subsequent stages that preceded it showed the beginnings of changing that equation until The world has reached what we might call the first effects of a new phase of the international system.
